Italian quality at Far East prices
Our suppliers are approved Italian tanneries tested for quality and deliveries on time for the past 10 years.
The designs are created by our customers in Paris and Bologna or, in the case of our own collection, in Florence.
Product quality
The management have introduced quality systems in all departments; we are promoting a 5S principles of order and cleanliness throughout the factory, SPC Quality Control in production, thus upholding the www.office brand through PRIDE and RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER.
Out management‘s policy is to invest in quality starting with lab tests for the materials prior to issuing these to the cutting room.
The products exported by Rapel SA are accompanied by EUR1 Certificates allowing them duty free access into the EU. The same is valid for imports of finished leather, synthetics and accessories originating in European Union.
